How does the AI job offer evaluation work?
Paste any job description and JobOps sends it to Claude with your CV and profile. Claude returns a full 7-block evaluation: Block A (role summary), B (CV match with exact citations), C (level strategy), D (compensation research), E (CV personalisation plan), F (STAR+R interview stories), and G (posting legitimacy assessment). Each evaluation is scored 1–5 and saved to your reports.
Which job boards does JobOps scan?
JobOps scans Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby job boards directly via their public APIs — no tokens or Playwright required. You configure company slugs and keywords, and the scanner returns new matching roles filtered against your existing pipeline.
